Refund policy

At Bylaw.s, each item is made to order with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at bylaw.s@outlook.com. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

To process a return or refund for a damaged or incorrect item, we may ask for photos of the issue. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return has been approved. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
